Just 3 short blocks from the beach and only 2 blocks from the dining and shops of Main Street, this villa offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience.  

This spacious 1st-floor unit offers 1,800 square feet of air-conditioned living space, featuring 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning), 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy beautiful views of the Las Olas grounds and lush jungle from the comfort of your villa  

Villa Papaya #2 has its own private entrance and private decks, along with a Smart TV for your entertainment.
Maid service is provided once a week for your convenience.  

The serene, secluded beach is perfect for early morning walks or afternoon sunbathing. However, you may find it difficult to leave the comfort of the villa’s patios. Several excellent restaurants, as well as local eateries serving authentic fare, are within walking distance.

• AND the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

"Villa Papaya 2 is very nice and cozy, the kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, we felt very comfortable. The center with restaurants and shops as well as the beach are within walking distance.
