- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $300 USD fee will be charged for any violation.
- No Parties/Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
🏠 During Your StayA few tips to help you settle in and live like a local.
- Air Conditioning: To help us conserve energy, please turn off the A/C when you are not in the house. The property cools down fairly quickly when you return.
- Security: Your safety is important. Please ensure all doors are locked whenever you leave the house and at night.
- Trash Schedule: Trash collection is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Please place the trash in the large outdoor bin the night before.
- Furnishings: Please enjoy the space as it is arranged. A $20 USD fee will apply if furniture is moved and not returned to its original place.
- Supplies: To get you started, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and basic cleaning products.
🔑 Keys & Fees
- Lost Keys: A $10 USD fee will be charged for any unreturned keys.
- All fees will be deducted from the security deposit or the credit card on file.
📋 Before You Depart (Check-Out Checklist)To avoid any additional charges and ensure a smooth transition for our cleaning crew, please complete the following by the 10:00 AM check-out time:
- 🗑️ Trash: All trash must be removed from the home and placed in the large outdoor bin.
- 🍳 Kitchen: Please do not leave any dirty dishes. Clean the stove and ensure there is no food residue on the floor or counters.
- A $40 USD fee will be charged if the kitchen is left in an unacceptable condition.
- ❄️ A/C: Please ensure all A/C units are turned off.
