Price is based on 6 people, any additional person will be $20USD per night, per person maximum 8 people allowed on the property. Monthly Rates are based on 28 nights Rates below include a 4-seater electric golf cart +$125.00 USD Cleaning fee per stay (+ additional 16% IVA tax and 4 % hotel tax to all reservations) We required 25% of the rent to secure your dates, another 25% three months before your arrival date and the remaining balance is due at arrival.
